Function Guidelines/Rules

1. The duration of the function shall be for a total of 4 hours. If extension of the function is requested, and there is no conflict on reservation, the CLIENT will be charged an additional PHP 1,500.00 per hour.

2. To ensure that ample space is reserved and guests remain comfortable, Manila Chef Catering Cuisine Inc. has the right to limit the number of guests according to the venue's capacity or the chairs and tables and dinnerware provided.

3. If additional guests come in after the confirmation of the expected number, and exceeds 10% of the original booking, this shall be accommodated only on a "best-efforts" basis depending on product availability.

3. A 50% DOWNPAYMENT is required to confirm booking a month before the event. The remaining 50% balance will be paid three days before the function and must be settled in CASH payment. If the client fails to pay the full payment on this day, Manila Chef Creative Cuisine Inc. reserves the right to cancel the event for non-compliance. Any other last-minute additional charges such as extensions, rentals of furniture or equipment, payment of damages, etc. shall be settled at the end of the event in CASH payment.

4. The security deposit of Php 2,000.00 is to be refunded to the client at the end of the event provided that there are no damages to property, equipment, furniture, or catering tools/dinnerware caused by the client or their guests. If any, these shall be charged to the client and deducted from the security deposit.

5. The package set in this contract is fixed and is set for the number of guests agreed upon.

6. The client should inform Manila Chef Creative Cuisine Inc. about specific event details such as menu choices, theme and color scheme, and any request needed at least one week before the event date for an event of 100 guests and more. Four days is the maximum lead time for guest lists less than 100 pax.

7. An additional fee is charged for corkage on outside food and drinks, depending on quantity/volume and degree of service required for the dishes and drinks. Cake and Lechon are allowed but there is a corresponding service fee for these. Please inform us beforehand so we can prepare for staff assignments, serving ware, and dinnerware needed.

8. For offsite events, the client will provide Manila Chef Creative Cuisine Inc. with permits and information on ingress, egress time, service entrance, etc. The electricity fee or any service/usage fee that the venue charges will be on account of the client.

Terms of Payment: (Off-site Events)

50% down payment - One month before the event
Reservation fee (non-refundable) Php 10,000 (for offsite events min of 70 pax) Php 5,000 (for on-site events)
Full payment - Three days before the event

In case of CANCELLATIONS, the following conditions will apply:

a. In events caused by nature, the event can be moved to another date which is not over thirty (30) days from the date of booking and is subject to availability.
b. In case of termination by Manila Chef Creative Cuisine Inc., 100% of the payment made will be returned to the client.
c. In case of termination by the client from the date of the event, the following will apply:

  • Cancellation within 30 days: If catering services only were availed, a complete refund of the deposit. If the package includes the venue fee, the venue fee will be charged to the client.
  • Cancellation within 7 days: 50% of the total fee will be charged to the client.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: full payment is FORFEITED.
